Know all Men by these Presents,
That we Benjamin OTTO John Moore Esq & Daniel Reiff all of Fairview Township
Are hold and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the sum of Three hundred DOLLARS, to be paid to the said Commonwealth, to which payment well and truly to be made and done, we bind ourselves, jointly and severally, for and in the whole, our heirs, executors, and administrators, firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals, dated the 6th day of November in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and Sixty Six
The Condition of this Obligation is, That if the above bounden Benjamin OTTO Administrator of all and singular the goods, chattels and credits of Christian OTTO late of Fairview Township deceased, do make or cause to be made, a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the goods, chattels and credits of the said deceased, which have or shall come to the hands, possession or knowledge of him the said Benjamin OTTO or into the hands and possession of any other person or persons for him and the same so made, to exhibit or cause to be exhibited into the Register's Office in the County of York, within thirty days from the date hereof, and the same goods, chattels and credits, and all other goods, chattels and credits of the said deceased, at the time of his death, which at any time after shall come to the hands or possession of the said Benjamin OTTO or into his hands and possession of any other person or persons for him do well and truly administer according to law. And further do make or cause to be made, a true and just account of his said administration, within one year from the date hereof, or when thereunto legally required, and all the rest and residue of the said goods, chattels and credits, which shall be found remaining upon the said administration account, the same being first examined and allowed by the Orphans' Court of the County having jurisdiction, shall deliver and pay unto such person or persons as the said Orphans' Court by their decree or sentences, pursuant to law, shall limit and appoint, and shall well and truly comply with the laws of the Commonwealth relating to collateral inheritances; and if it shall hereafter appear that any last will and testament was made by the said deceased, and the
same shall be proved according to law, if the said Benjamin OTTO being thereunto required do surrender the said letters of administration into the Register's Office aforesaid, then the obligation be void, otherwise to remain in full force.Sealed and Delivered in the Presence of

The following is an inventory and appraisement of the rights and
credits, goods and chattles of Christian OTTO late of Fairview township deceased, taken by and appraised to the widow of deceased Anna OTTO, under the provision of the act of assembly which gives three hundred dollars to a widow out of the Estate of here dec'd husband.

Personally appear[e]d before me the undersigned a Justice of the Peace Jacob Barber, who being duly sworn according to law do say that the[y] will well and truly appraise and a just valuation make of the goods and chattels, rights and credits of Christian OTTO deceased so far as the same may be made known to them.

We the undersigned appraisers do hereby Certify that the above is a just and true appraisment[sp?] of the personal Estate of Christian OTTO dec'd and that the widow Anna OTTO took Said property as above enumerated at it's appraised value as part of her claim to three Hundred dollars allowed her by act of Assembly out of the Estate of her deceased husband, and She having demanded the balance to which She is entitled, out of the real Estate of her deceased husband, the undersigned appraisers proceded[sp?] to appraise the following described real Estate, being the only real Estate of which deceased died Seized as follows to with beginning at a Post thence by lands of Wm Henry South Eighty five degrees West twenty and five tents Perches to a Post thence by the Same North fifty nine degrees west four & seven tenths Perches to Stones in Bun[sp?]_thence by lands of Michael Hart North Seventy Eight & one half degrees East twenty Nine & one tenths Perches to the place of Beginning: containing one hundred and Seventeen Perches, With a fraim[sp?] & weather borded[sp?] House there on erected, Situated in Fairview township York County-and valued the Same at Two hundred fifty dollars $250.00ctm which was accepted by the widow at its appraised value.
In witness whereof we have hereunto let our hands & seals this 12 day of January AD 1867.

Before me, the Subscriber, a Justice of the Peace in and for said County personally appeared William Hammond and Robert B. Foster, who after being duly affirmed according to law, did say, that they would well and truly, and without prejudice or partiality value and appraise the goods, chattels, credits and effects which were of Eliza Frankeberger late of the Borough of Lewisberry in Said County, deceased, to the vet of their judgment and ability, so far as the same shall come to their knowledge. Know all my by these Present that we Joseph Frankeberger, Robert Nebinger, and Washington Sutton all of the Borough of Lewisberry York county Pennsylvania are held and firmly bound unto the commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the sum of Eight Hundred ($800) Dollars, to be paid to the said commonwealth, to which payment well and truly to be made and done, we bind ourselves, jointly and severally, for and in the whole, our heirs, executors, and administrators, firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals, dated the 11th day of march in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and forty Seven the condition of this obligation is such, That is the above bounden Joseph Frankeberger, Administrator of all and singular the goods, chattels and credits of Jacob Frankeberger, late of Lewisbery Borough deceased, do make or cause to be made, a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the goods, chattels and credits of the said deceased, which have or shall come to the hands, possession or knowledge of him the said Joseph Frankeberger or into the hands and possession of any other person or persons for him do well and truly administer according to law.
