Braggiotti, do solemnly swear that I was born on July 15, 1850 in Smyrna, Turkey and was, up to the time of my marriage on July 13, 1883 to George Thomas Braggiotti a citizen of France that the said George Thomas Braggiotti was born in Charleston, USA and was, at the time of his death, a citizen of the United States by birth; that the said George Thomas Braggiotti died on October 2, 1911 at Smyrna, Turkey; that I am now temporarily residing in Smyrna, Turkey, and desire to retain my American citizenship; that it is my intention to go to the United States with ---,with the intention of residing and performing the duties of an American citizen. Sworn and subscribed to before me at Smyrna, Turkey, this 2nd day of March, 1912, George Horton, American Consul General at Smyrna, Turkey. Proof of marriage: Certificate of marriage issued by W. E. Stevens, United States Consul at Smyrna, on July 13, 1883. George Thomas Braggiotti died at Smyrna on October 2, 1911, and was interred at the Catyholic Cemetery at Smyrna Cert. #910 I, Jessie Hodgkinson Utsey, do solemnly swear that I was born on May 28th, 1868 in London, England, and was, up to the time of my marriage on January 7, 1893 to William Bowyer Utsey a citizen of Great Britian that the said Wm. Bowyer Utsey was born in St. George, So. Carolina, and was, at the time of our divorce, a citizen of the United States by birth; that the said Wm. Bowyer Utsey was divorced on June 16, 1904 at Reno, Nevada; that I am now temporarily residing in Durban, Natal, Africa, and desire to retain my American citizenship; that it is my intention to go to the United States with one year, with the intention of residing and performing the duties of an American citizen. Sworn and subscribed to before me at Durban, Natal, Africa, this 27th day of August, 1914, Hugh S. Hood, American Consul General at Durban, Natal, Africa. Proof of marriage to Wm bowyer Utsey: Birth Certificate, Certificate of marriage and decree the second Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada in and for Washoe County.
