In Charlotte County , Virginia , Mr. Perrin Aldey, aged 105 years, to Mrs. Ann Tannesley, aged 90 – she is his third wife, and he her third husband. – Richmond Argus. Charleston , July 21. – A recent wedding of interest was that of Miss Margaret Lillian Moore to James Benjamin Black, Jr., on Thursday, July 12, at noon , St. Paul ’s Episcopal church, Charleston. [State – 22 July 1917 ; transcribed by Marla Zwakman]

Charleston , July 21. – On the afternoon of Friday, July 6, at 5:30 o’clock , Miss Agnes Masters and Henry Lawson Jordan were married in the study of the Second Presbyterian church by the Rev. Melton Clark, pastor of the church. Present were Miss Anna Masters, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Masters, T. Jordan, a brother of the bridegroom, and Wesley Luhn. Mr. and Mrs. Jordan left immediately for the North. They will make their home at Chadbourn, N. C. [State – 22 July 1917 ; transcribed by Marla Zwakman]
