Charleston , July 21. – A recent wedding of
interest was that of Miss Margaret Lillian
Moore to James Benjamin Black,
Jr., on Thursday, July 12, at noon , St. Paul ’s Episcopal
church, Charleston. [State – 22 July 1917 ; transcribed by Marla

Charleston , July 21. – On the
afternoon of Friday, July 6, at 5:30 o’clock , Miss Agnes Masters and Henry Lawson Jordan were married in the study
of the Second Presbyterian church by the Rev. Melton Clark, pastor
of the church. Present were Miss Anna Masters, Mr. and Mrs. Walter
Masters, T. Jordan, a brother of the bridegroom, and Wesley Luhn.
Mr. and Mrs. Jordan left immediately for the North. They will make
their home at Chadbourn, N. C. [State – 22 July 1917 ; transcribed
