Joel Ashcraft

In the Name of God Amen
 I Joel Ashcraft of the State of South Carolina and District of Chester
 - being of sound and
disposing mind and memory do make this My last will and testament in
 manner folowing
 
That is to say ~
First  I desire immediately after My dearth that all my property boath
 raial and persinal be sold
and all my Just debts Paid
Secontly  I give and beqeth unto my beloved Wife Martha Ashcraft one
 third of my Estate and the
remainder to be Equalley devided amung my Children

That is to say ~
With the exception of John M Ashcrafts parte it to go to John M
 Ashcraft oldest daughter, Nancey A
Ashcraft is to com in Equal hir of my sun John M Ashcrafts parte with
 the Rest of my children

That is to say ~
Is to be her farthers parte in full never the less if she Gets the
 fifty dollars that is in John M
Ashcraft Estate then she draws fifty Dollars less from my Estate than
 the rest of my Children and
her parte to remain in the hands of her Grandmother untill She Arives
 at the age of 21 years or
marries and if she dise before she arives to that age or Maries then
 her parte devolves back to my
Estate and be Equelly devided between my Children:
 
Lastley I Costitute nominate and apointe My Sun Thomas R Ashcraft my
 lawful Executor of this my
last will in witness wharof I have hearunto Set my hand and afixt my
 Seal this 9 Day of November
in the year of our Lord 1854
