Located several miles south of Manning off of HWY 260 towards Lake Marion. Take first paved road to the right after passing Jordan Methodist Church on the left. This road is now called Joseph Lemon and Dingle Road. Go down less than a mile, passing Antioch Baptist Church on your right. Make right at the first dirt road.  Antioch cemetery was developed in 1999. Previously the Antioch Church members buryied their loved ones in the Union Cypress Church Yard.
