Greenwood County, South Carolina Genealogy Trails Obituaries John Ouzts Greenwood Journal published on May 27, 1897, p2 contributed by Billie Jones    Mr. John Ouzts died at the Greenwood Cotton Mill Friday the 21st and was buried at McKendree.   Mr. Ouzts is well known in this sections and many will feel their loss since he has gone. Contributors note: This seems to be his cem. records from McKendree, Greenwood Co, SC, which seem to have been transcribed incorrectly for his date of death.  I have not seen the original.
