Quality of photos are poor, and the text is difficult to read.  Many of the soldiers names, whose photos are shown below, were not found in the index, or least I could not find them. I was able to find several soldiers and I linked their names from the index to their photo.  This was very time consuming, therefore I've included all the photos that were in the book, below.

Died of Wounds

Died of Accident
