Bateman Church   See Pearl Creek Methodist Episcopal Church
Belle Prairie Lutheran Church Belle Prairie twp. Was located Sec. 19, destroyed by tornado in 1937.  American Congregational Church building purchased to replace original building.
Bethel Church Milford twp. Sec. 29, SE 1/4.  Established 1908. 
Bunker Hill Methodist Church Barrett twp. Sec. 7, NE corner.  Later moved to Carpenter (Clark co.), SD for use as a Methodist church.
Burr Oak Presbyterian Church Burr Oak twp. Sec. 4; later used as a residence.
Carlyle Church Carlyle twp. built 1924
Custer Church   see Richland Methodist Episcopal Church
Earlville Norwegian Lutheran Church Burr Oak twp. Sec. 26, SE 1/4.  Organized 1888.  Cemetery located there as well.  Also called "Olson Church"
Frances Willard Methodist Church Custer twp. SW 1/4 Sec. 25.
German Reformed Church Carlyle twp. moved to Alpena (Jerauld co.), SD.  Cemetery associated with church.
Hofer Church Lake Byron twp. Sec. 2
Hutterische School & Chapel Iowa twp. this society moved to Canada in 1918
Mennonite Church Clifton twp. this society moved to Canada in 1918
Olson Church   see Earlville Church
Pearl Creek Methodist Episcopal Church Pearl Creek twp. Sec. 32.  Also called "Bateman church"
Pitrodie Congregational Church Barrett twp. Sec. 2
Richland Methodist Episcopal Church Clifton twp. formerly the home of the Bishop family, converted to a church called "Wilson Church", relocated from the Wallace Wilson farm to 1 mi E, 4 mi S of Cavour, Sec. 26 Richland twp. in 1908
Rose Hill Presbyterian Church Grant twp. Sec. 15, original building burned but was rebuilt.
St. Williams Parish Church Liberty twp. Catholic, 1884, Sec. 134.  Cemetery adjoins.
Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church Foster twp. 1.5 mi N, 3 mi E of Yale, Sec. 32.
Wilson Church   see Richland Methodist Episcopal Church
