History:
Advent Cemetery is an Episcopal cemetery. It is fenced in and cared for by relatives of the deceased. The headstones are in good condition and when we visited the cemetery the first time, it had just been mowed for Memorial Day.

The cemetery is off the road but access is not difficult.

Advent Cemetery was started about 1895. The land was donated by Luke Rattling Shield.

There were 99 unknown burials in 1940 and one would assume there have been some since then.
