Location:
Section 11, Township 43N, Range 32W - Prospect Township

History:
Prospect Cemetery is on a large plot of land which has been abandoned for some time. It was organized in 1915 on land donated by Simon P. Ross who was buried in it that same year.

The woven wire fence is down in many places and prarie grass has reclaimed the area. There is one marker remaining, that of Milton A. Lilja, age 2 days who died on 25 February 1929. There is a plot toward the center of the cemetery which has a decorative fence around it but no identification on it. It is accessible by a decent road.
