These xases are to be heard together, and if it appears that the distributive share of Richard Reynolds in the estate of Jane Reynolds is equal to the amount of a note executed to said Andrew Reynolds, as admr of said Jane Reynolds by said Richard Reynolds, for the price of a negro purchased by Richard at the sale of the property of Jane, that Andrew have a credit for said note is so much of it as may amount to the distributive share of Richard. Case is to be referred to Clerk & Master to report at next court.
