Will of G.T. Tucker, Deceased
I G.T. Tucker of Bedford County, Tennessee, do make and publish this my last will and testament
1. I direct that all of my just debts, including funeral expense and expense of adminstration, be paid by my Executrix, hereinafter named, as soon afer my death as practicable
11. I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, Ada Tucker, all the rest and residue of my property, both real and personal.
111. I nominate and appoint my wife, Ada Tucker, Executrix of this my last will, and relieve her from the necessity of giving bond, or making settlement with the County Court of Bedford County.
