MELBA (HOLMES) DARRELL - Funeral services will be held for Sue Darrell (age 91) on Friday, April 12 at 4 PM at Stockdale-Malin Funeral Home in Big Sandy with Bro. Bennie Akers officiating. Mrs. Darrell was a retired resort operator. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert "Whitie" Darrell. Mrs. Darrell was born Dec. 10, 1910 in Gainsville, AK to Cecil Eugene Holmes and Sarah Effie Cole Holmes. Burial will be in Crooked Creek Cemetery.

JOHN WILLIAM DAVIDSON - Funeral services for John William Davidson, of Holladay, age 80, were held Monday, July 21 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Oakdale Funeral Home with Jimmy Cooper and Arthur Bain officiating. Burial followed at Dalton Cemetery. Oakdale Funeral Home of Camden was in charge of arrangements. Mr. Davidson passed away Thursday, July 17 at his residence. He was born June 19, 1928 in Cromwell, Okla. to the late George William and Jennie Elizabeth Keefer Davidson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Leonard and George Davidson, and a sister, Mildred Martin. He is survived by his wife, Helen Davidson; two sons, Johnny (Debbie) Davidson, and George (Dana) Davidson; a daughter, Deborah (Paul) Harrison; three brothers, Benjamin (Mary) Davidson, Raymond (Jan) Davidson, and James Davidson; three sisters, Naomi Jeske, Betty Paschall, and Shirley (Bill) Riggs; and seven grandchildren.

EVELYN (INGRAM) ALLEN DAVIS , age 80 was born Oct. 2, 1914 to the late Sidney Ingram and Fannie Newbill Ingram. She departed this life Sunday March 5, 1995 at the home of her daughter Nancy Barker, in Springville Tennessee. She was a former Seamstress for Henry I. Seigel and also former clerk for Had-A-Call grocery in Springville Tennessee, which was owned and operated by her daughter Nancy and Son-In-Law Dale Barker. Funeral services were held at the Stockdale-Malin Funeral Home in Camden, Tenn. on Tues. March 7, 1995 at 2 P.M. with Brother Joseph Walker officiating. Survived by: Daughter Nancy Barker, Springville Tenn. Preceded in death by: Warren Allen, Son Gary Allen, Grandson Carlos Allen, Grandson

HARLON WAYNE DOUGLAS - Services will be at 2 P.M. Tuesday, May 14, 2002 at Oakdale Chapel with burial in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Mr. Douglas died Sunday, May 12, 2002 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. Survivors: daughter, Lisa Rogers; son, Robert Douglas; sisters, Diane McCleallan, Gayron Sieber, Jennifer Sellers & Ruth Brinkley.

KARL KENT DUNCAN , 81, Camden. Services will be at 2:00 P.M. today, May 14, 2002 at Stockdale-Malin Chapel with burial in Camden City Cemetery. Mr. Duncan, Ret. Supervisor for Genesco, died Sunday at his residence in Knoxville. Survivors: wife, Mary Duncan; son, Larry W. Duncan. He was preceded in death by a son Karl Keith Duncan.
