EDITH MAE (LOWERY) PANNEL - Funeral services for Edith Mae Pannel, of Silver Springs, Md., formerly of Camden, age 87, were held Friday, July 11 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Stockdale-Malin Funeral Home with Leonard Greer officiating. Burial followed at Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Stockdale-Malin Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Pannel passed away Sunday, July 6. She was born February 20, 1921 in Little Rock, Ark., to the late W.O. Lowry and Clara Mae Hicks Lowry. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Porter J. Pannel; a sister, Mildred Greer; three brothers, Robert Lowry, Jake Lowry, and Paul Lowry; and one grandchild, Victoria Lewis. She is survived by a daughter, Jo Ann (Marvin) Goldberg, of Laurel, Md; a sister, Reba Cunningham, of Camden; six grandchildren, Ricky and Jesse Hofbauer, Jeff, Beth, Jason and Emily Goldberg,; and seven great- grandchildren, Katie and Gina Lewis, Sarah Goldsmith, Leiana and Mayson Hofbauer, and Zachary and Hannah Goldberg.

MARY OPAL (CROSSNO) PATTERSON - Funeral services for Mary Opal Patterson, of Camden, age 90, were held Friday, August 15 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Stockdale-Malin Funeral Home with Jimmy Sanders and Bobby Jackson officiating. Burial followed at Pleasant Hill Methodist Cemetery. Stockdale-Malin Funeral Home of Camden was in charge of arrangements. Ms. Patterson passed away Wednesday, Aug. 13 at Jackson-Madison Co. General Hospital in Jackson. She was born June 21, 1918 in Camden to the late Henry Crossno and Cora Stepp Crossno. She was a retired nursing assistant for the Benton Co. Health Dept., and a member of Emmanuel Church of Jesus Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three daughters, Bessie Williams, Faye Phifer, and an infant daughter, 11 brothers, two sisters, and two grandchildren, Marilyn Denise Love and Susie Rhodes. She is survived by a daughter, Alma (Robert) Beecham, of Camden; three grandchildren, Robert Lynn Beecham, Melissa Goodrum, and Kimberly Taylor, 11 great-grandchildren, Roy, Wesley, Christina, Daniel, Justin, Jessica, Timmy, Kenneth Ray, Coty, Christopher, and Heather, and six great-great- grandchildren, Cloie, Taylor, Alisha, Destiny, Ryan, and Elizabeth.

DOLLY JULIA (BECKMAN) PINSON - Funeral services for Dollie Julia (Judy) Pinson, age 66, of Camden, Tenn., were held Thursday, February 17, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at Stockdale-Malin Chapel in Camden with Bro. Eulas Greer officiating. She passed away at Camden Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. She was born to Charles T. Beckman and Lucille Watkins Beckman. She was a retired hemmer for the H.I.S. Company, a member of Chalk Level Baptist Church and Eastern Star #46. She was preceded in death by a sister, Frankie Christian and a brother, Wayne Beckman. Survivors include her husband, Joe E. Pinson, of Camden; two daughters, Joanne (Jimmy) Stewart, of Memphis, Tenn., and Janet (Matt) Gardner, of Medina, Ohio; a sister, Betty O'Hara, of Chicago, Ill.; four brothers, Billy Beckman, Walter Beckman and Jesse Beckman, all of Chicago and George Beckman, of Riverside, Calif.; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren

BILLY PRESSON , age 78, of Camden, TN passed away August 5, 2007 in the Paris Health Care. Mr. Presson was born in Paris, TN to the late Chester and Frances Marie Presson both deceased. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Jerri Presson and son Jerry Don Presson. Survivors include sons, Mike Presson (Cindy) of Camden, TN, Billy Roe Tolbert (Beth) of Baltimore, MD; seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. LORENE (STOCKDALE) PRITCHETT - Funeral services for Lorene Stockdale Pritchett, of Lincoln Park, Mich., formerly of Big Sandy, age 88, were held Friday, July 23, at 10 a.m. in the chapel of Stockdale-Malin Funeral Home with Thomas Duffey officiating. Burial followed at the Stockdale Cemetery. Stockdale-Malin Funeral Home of Big Sandy was in charge of arrangements. Ms. Pritchett passed away Saturday, July 17 at her residence. She was born May 30, 1922 in Big Sandy to the late James Dennis Stockdale and Etta Allen. She was a member of the Eastern Star. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Sue Lee, and eight brothers, Clell, Odell, Carnell, Benny, Charles, James P., Paul, and J. D. Stockdale. She is survived by a daughter, Linda (Daniel) Orta, of Wyandotte, Mich.; two brothers, David and Howard Stockdale, both of Big Sandy; and three grandchildren, Kelli and Rachel Orta, and Jennifer Cerda.
