CLAIBORNE COUNTY, TENNESSEE Will Book, Volume 1

Nuncupative Will of JACOB SHAVER, deceased We, the undersigned, during the late illness of Jacob Shaver, late a resident of the county of Claiborne, in the state of Tennessee, and but a short time before his death, which occurred on the 27th of May last, were specially directed by him to notice and witness the following as his request and wish as to the disposal of his property.

That all of his property should be gathered up and valued, and after all his just debts were paid, the balance, if any, should belong to Abraham Crittendon and his wife. Catherine is sister of said Jacob. This June 4th 1850.
