There are three heirs, each entitled to $15.65. I will pay William G. B. Hansard $15.68 as he needs it to go to housekeeping upon as his part of interest, and the $31.98 will be put at interest this 10th day of May 1853.

Leaves a balance of $929.01 remaining in the hands of the Guardian, this 10th day of May 1854.

Hansard, and the interest from it is $17.32 Paid clerk’s fee for making and recording the settlement $1.50 Paid J. C. Lane receipt as the present guardian for William B. Hansard’s share of the first principal $288.72 Paid Kelley & Evans receipt for a portion of William B. Hansard’s interest for the year 1855 $8.72 Paid Guardian’s charges for all his trouble and expense in the business $8.00

Leaves a balance of $677.79 remaining in the hands of the Guardian, this 10th day of May 1855. I also find that Lewis A. Garrett has paid over to Isaac C. Lane, the present guardian, all the principal of the amount that he received belonging to William B. Hansard, as per receipt herewith filed, and the interest has been applied all the time for the use and benefit of William B. Hansard as will be seen by reference to the different settlements, all of which is respectfully submitted.
