CORDELIA MAE (BRITTON) TAYLOR , 74, homemaker, died Sunday (1 Aug 2004) at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Brownsville Funeral Home with burial in Liberty United Methodist Church Cemetery near Scotts Hill. Mrs. Taylor, the widow of Floyd Houston Taylor, leaves two daughters, Faye Jordan and Wilma Griffin, both of Bells; four sons, Neal Taylor of Memphis, David Taylor of Southaven, Miss., and Connie Taylor and Allen Taylor, both of Bells; a sister, Thnea Mae Johnson of Brownsville, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

DANIEL LOUIS TAYLOR , Funeral services for Daniel Taylor were Saturday July 11, 2009 at Parsons Mortuary. The family chose cremation. Mr. Taylor age 74, died June 29, 2009 at his home. He was preceded by his wife, Martha Jane. He is survived by one son, Dan Taylor of Perryville; one brotehr, Bob Taylor, Texas; and one siter Mary Rose, New York.

FLOYD HOUSTON TAYLOR , 68, retired farmer, died Sunday at HCA Regional Hospital in Jackson. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Brownsville Funeral Home with burial in Liberty United Methodist Church Cemetery near Scotts Hill. He was a World War II Army veteran. Taylor, the husband of Cordelia Britton Taylor, also leaves two daughters, Ms. Faye Jordan and Ms. Wilma Griffin, both of Bells; four sons, Neal Taylor and David Taylor, both of Memphis, Connie Taylor and Allen Taylor, bo th of Bells; his mother, Mrs. Iva Smith of Laporte, Colo.; two sisters, Ms. Frances ColdIron of Laporte and Ms. Evelyn Britton of Dyersburg; two brothers, Sam Taylor and Fred Taylor, both of Bells, and nine grandchildren.

Mrs. Tharp is survived by her son, Joshua Lee (Lora) Tharp of Bath Springs; mother, Mary Creasy of Bath Springs; sisters, Lonie PUlley of Bath Springs, Linda Volner of Scotts Hill; and one grandchild, Chloe Marshall. Interment will be in Red House Cemetery. Mrs. Thomas died Monday, March 30, 1998, at Baptist Hospital, Nashville. She was a homemaker and member of Parsons First United Methodist Church. Survivors include a son, Charlie Dean Thomas, Salt Lake City, Utah; a daughter Wanda Grissom, Nashville; a brother Orvil Mayo, Nashville; six grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. LORENE (TILLMAN) TOLLEY , age 87 of Decaturville passed away on Sunday May 8, 2011 in Lenoir City. She was preceded by her husband Pul Dennison Tolley. She was born on Jan. 20, 1924 to John Wesley and Maggie (Moore) Tillman. She is survived by her children, Hollis Tolley, Michael and Judy Tolley of Lexington, Randy of Lenoir City; sisters, Ruby Tolley and Margie Broadway ; brothers Gordon and Gary of Decaturville, severalgrandchildren. Lorene was a long time member of First Baptist Church at Decaturville. Services were May 10, 2011 at First Baptist with Rev. Don Franks and Rev. Don Franks and Rev. Barry McCord officiating. Interment in Decaturville City Cem. Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City was in charge of arrangements.
