State of Tennessee) Know all men by these presents that & to hoo me
Decatur County ) that may concern that I, J. L. Keeton, make this
my Last will & testament, forsaking all others maid by me here to fore. Blessed be the name of God on hi.

1st I give my Spirit unto God who gave it and

2nd my body to the Earth from whence it came.

3rd I want my funerell Expences and all of my last Debts paid out of my personal effects as soon as convenient.

4th I want my wife, M. M. Keeton & my Son, W. B. Keeton, to have & controle of all of the Land that I may die ______ & possess of on Turkee Kreek in Deas Track No. 4 in said County and at the death of my wife, M. M. Keeton, the same to belong to W. B. Keeton

5th I want my Son, R. F. Keeton, & Daughter, July Sophrana Manes s, to have a certain Track of Land on Turmans Kreek containing 3 ¾ acres & 1 other on Turnbow Kreek containing 50 acres a part of the Track that R. F. Keeton has an interest in & all so 1 other Track of Land known as the Mr. Hinson Land containing 271 acres on the head waters of Whites Creek.

6th I want my Son and Daughter, S. C. Keeton and S. L. Keeton, to have the old home place on Turnbo Kreek, in all the 3 Tracks (357) acres: 1 of 200 acres, 2 of 137 acres, and 3 of 20 acres, making 357 acres.

7th If I should Die before I bye the other 2 heirs in the Williams Land, I want it bought of my personal effects and the same to go to W. B. Kee ton to make him equal in proportion & to take care of his mother for the Farm if she should out Live me.

8th I want W. B. Keeton and Catherine to have a Horse or Mule & Buck & out fit for the same.

9th I want my wife, M. M. Keeton, to have & W. B. Keeton have the Farming implements & ________ ______ the last named to W. B. Keeton. I want full & ample provision maid of supplies for them.

10th I want all of the personal effects to be divided equal among the above named heirs.

11th and, Last, I nominate & appoint my son, S. L. Keeton, to transact any & all of my business together with J. McMillan as they may think best to parties.
