Boone Douthitt of Nashville officiating. Dr. Bolen died at his home in Wildersville after a lingering illness which had kept him bedfast for some time. Dr. Bolen was a member of the 1901 class at the University of Nashville. He had practiced at Wildersville and Yuma. He was a member of the Tennessee Medical Association. Dr. Bolen was a citizen of Henderson County and was highly respected throughout his native county. Burial was in New Hope Cemetery in Carroll County. Charles and Louetta had 7 children together - Lucille Hannah 5 May 1902, Lorraine Martha 2 Apr 1904, Hugh Lofton 5 Jan 1906, Charles Elsworth Jr. 3 Oct. 1907, Augustus Traywick 16 Oct. 1909, John Wiley 30 Aug 1912 and James Romney born 4 March 1915. Charles and both of his wives are buried at New Hope Cemetery in Carroll County TN.
