Thos. O'Neal (col.), indicted for burglary with intent to commit a rape, was tried this week and found guilty; and sentenced to seven years in the penitentiary.

Stonaker indicted for assault and battery with intent to commit a rape, was found guilty of assault and battery and fined $60 and cost. To work this out at 25 cents per day, will take over 2 years.
