TINA RENEE PURDON BEECHAM - Services for Mrs. Tina Renee Purdon Beecham
were Sunday, March 4, at LeDon Chapel with burial in Hillcrest Cemetery, Paris. Ridgeway Funeral Home, Paris was
in charge. Mrs. Beecham, who was 33, was dead on arrival at Henry County medical Center, Paris. She was a homemaker.
She leaves a son, Donovan Beecham of Springville, Tn.; two daughtes, Trena Beecham and Danielle Beecham, both of
Springville; her parents, Raymond Purdon and Judy C. Buck Purdon of Springville; two sisters, Tammy Welch of Jackson

ATLAS ARCHIE LINDSEY, JR. , 76, was dead on arrival Thursday, June 21,
2001 at Henry County Medical Center. Services were at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 23, 2001 at Ridgeway Funeral Home
with Parker French officiating. Burial followed in Van Dyke Cemetery. Born September 20, 1924, in Vale, he was
the son of the late Atlas Archie Lindsey, Sr. and Lottierene Carter Lindsey. He was a member of East Wood Church
of Christ; a World War II navy veteran and served on the destroyer USS Lee Fox. He worked in law enforcement for
the Davidson County Sheriff's Patrol and in security at Vanderbilt University in Nashville. He leaves one daughter,
SherryWilliams of Joelton; one son, Jackie Lindsey of Boston; six sisters, Betty Conger and Jane Donnelly, both
of Paris, Jeanette Williams of Watkinsville, Georgia, Myra Hurst of Manchester, Janice Clapper of Springfield and
Judy Simmons of Singer Island, Florida; four brothers, David Carter Lindsey of Mansfield, James Thomas Lindsey
of Murfreesboro, Bobby Joe Lindsey of Joelton and Roy Earl Lindsey of Gallatin and two grandchildren.

J. T. LITTLETON of Henry county, died after an illness of pneumonia
at the age of 80 years. He was an ex-confederate soldier, having served in the Seventh Tennessee cavalry four years.

NELSON, Louisa - Departed this life on the 24th June last, in Henry county, Ten. Louisa, infant daughter
of Major Samuel Nelson, aged one year and 5 months. This was one of the most intelligent and interesting little
girls in this section of country – and its death is deeply deplored by its bereaved parents.

Mrs. W. H. Paschall, , known in her church work as Grandma Paschall,
died at her home, 4010 Metropolitan, following a long illness. Sixty-five of her 73 years had been spent in Dallas.
She was 8 years old when her father moved to Dallas by covered wagon from Paris, Tenn., in 1876 and settled in
the south part of the town. From a farm community she had seen South Dallas develop into a thickly populated section
of the city. A member of the Centenary Methodist Church and previously of the old Fourth Avenue Methodist Church
her life was devoted to church work. In 1888 she was married here to William Haywood Paschall. Funeral services
will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Centenary Methodist Church, 1701 Second, with the Rev. H. M. Cowling, pastor,
officiating. Burial will be at Mesquite.
Survivors include her husband, five sons, E. L. Paschall, Dallas; Lee M. Paschall and B. Forrest Paschall, Denver
Colo.; Jess P. Paschall, Portland, Ore., and John D. Paschall of Los Angeles; three daughters, Mrs. M. E. McCarthy,
Mrs. Dale W. Hensley and Miss Dee Paschall of Dallas, and nineteen grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Pete Moore,
Fred Baily, Ernest Fisher, Edward Short, Claude Weeks and Lester Johnson.

Mrs. Lilly Petty, 70, sister of Mrs. R. E. Morrow of 1810 Moser, was
buried Tuesday in Paris, Tenn. Mrs. Petty had spent a large part of her time with her sister here for ten years.
She died in a hospital at Odessa, where she had gone two weeks ago to visit a niece. She leaves her sister, three
nieces, a nephew and a brother, J. W. Hill of Colorado City, Mitchell County.

in death by two brothers, Joe Paul Hayes and Homer Hays Jr., and one granddaughter. Survivors include 3 daughters,
Jennifer Williams of Trezevant, TN, Freddie Tharpe of Paris, and Paulette Tharpe of Clarksville, TN; 6 sons, Robert
Hayes of Paris, Joe Hayes, Clay Tharpe, and Eric Tharpe all of Nashville, Timothy Tharpe of Paris, and Stacey Tharpe
