William Gregory

I William Gregory do make and publish this my last will and Testament hereby revoking and making Void all other wills by me at any time made

1st I direct that all my just debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executors

second I give to my Son B J Gregory my plantation on which I live containing two hundred and twentyfive Acres be the same more or less together with all the crop of every description on said plantation all the farming impliments belonging on said plantation all my horses and mules all of my stock of cattle + hogs all of my household and kitchen furniture except what may be specified hereafter

3rd I give to my daughter Elvira F Gregory five hundred dollars one feather bed + clothing and Bead Stead

4th if there should be anything not disposed of in the above bequest it so my will and desire that my son B J Gregory above named shall be the residuary [legatie that to have] that which has not been mentioned if anything Lastly I do hearby nominate and appoint my son B J Gregory my Executor In witness whereof I do to this my last will set my hand and seal this 15th March 1866 his
