It is ordered by the court that James C. DUVALL oversee the road leading from Mitchellsville to Springfield beginning at the bridge on the Turnpike Road and to __ said road to the land between Moses BRYAN's & Pleasant ___ and that he with the following hands, Thomas WHITE & hands, Bartlett WHITE, M.L. HOFFMAN & hands, Mary A. DUVALL & hands, Elijah EUBANK and hands, Isaac GROVES and hands, Moses CAUDELL, O. CHISM, J. CHISM, W. CUMMINGS, __ CUMMINGS, James CUMMINGS, W.C. WRIGHT, Jacob ___, Sarah GROW, Samuel BURNETT, Richard BURNETT, J.B. WRIGHT, Robt ___, M.R. STOVAL, Nancy CLARK hands, and W.J. WILKINS hands, keep the same in repair accor4ding to law, 2nd class road.
It is ordered by the court that Jesse S. PARKER oversee the road commencing at the Crossroads at David ALLSBROOK's and leading at GOODMAN's old field and that he with the following hands, to wit, William S. PARKER, __ RAWLS, S.P. It is ordered by the Court that R.L. CLAYTON oversee the road leading from Springfield to Franklin from the middle prong of Red River and that he with the hands of G.E. DRAUGHON, John STEWART and hands, B.B. STARK & hands, Tyler EDWARDS & hands, Carroll HUEY & hands, A.W. POWELL and hands, A.G.W. GORDON and hands, E.M. DEAN, Fisher RICHARDSON, J.M. HAMPTON, Lambert CLAYTON, E.F. GALLAHER, Thornton CLAYTON, Josiah SAMUEL & hands, L.W. WILLIS & hands & Alfred CHAPMAN keep the same in repair the usual distance to work said road from the beginning, 2nd class road.
Upon petition of Joseph SMALL filed reprsenting to the court that he desires a change made in the road leading from Springfield to Haydensville KY, some proposed changes to commence at the West end of petitioner's land, running due South with petitioners line thence running gradually East to where it will intersect the old road at or near the mouth of Dr. SUGG's land. The court accepts said petition and appoints Drury BELL, T.W. RUFFIN, Jacob GOOD, Daniel IRELAND, Jo ANDERSON, J.H. GULLETT, Joel E. BELL, John JOHNSON and Ardry GOOCH or any five of them a jury of view to view and determine the propriety or impropriety of said proposed changes and that they report to the next quarterly term of the court.

It is ordered by the Court that James AGENT oversee the road leading from Springfield to Nashville, beginning at HOLLIS' grocery and to work to a large stump near Wm STREET's and that he with the following hands, to wit, Charles RAWLS, David RAWLS, James AGENT, Lewis CLINARD, Winford CLINARD, J.A. PARKER, Gabril FERGUSON, H. GREEN and Wilie FARLIS keep the same in repair according to law, 1st class road.
It is ordered by the Court that Edwin WOODARD oversee the road leading from the Gallatin and Hopkinsville road to Springfield beginning at the pond opposite the fork of the road near John LONG's old farm to the fork of the road near CHEATHAM's farm and that he with the following hands, to wit, R. ROSE hands, John EDWARDS hands, R. GREEN's hands, M. ALLEN, K. WOODARD hands, Martha JOHNSON's hands, John KRISEL, Thomas W. WOOD, R. KRISLE, __ WOODARD, E. WOODARD, R.W. GREEN, A. JOHNSON keep the same in repair according to law, 2nd class road.
It is ordered by the Court that Wm L. SMITH oversee the road leading from Springfield to Port Royal Beginning at Spring Creek and to work said road to the mouth of Dr. MANLOVE's land, the West end, and that he with the following hands, to wit, Moses JACKSON, L.S. BARNES, L. SMITH, H. STOTTS, T.W. RUFFIN, J.A. THOMAS, Jo BROADNICK, John BALDWIN, Isham BLACK & D. ADAMS keep the same in repair according to law, 2nd class road.
It is ordered by the Court that Willie POPE oversee the road leading from Franklin to Springfield commencing at the Middle Spring of Red River and to work said road the usual distance and that he with the following hands (to wit), G.E. DRAUGHON & hands, John STEWART and hands, B.B. STARK and hands, Tyler EDWARDS & hands, Carroll HUEY & hands, J.W. POWELL & hands, A.G.W. GORDON & hands, E.M. DEAN, Fisher RICHARDSON, J.H. HAMPTON, Lambert CLAYTON, E.F. GALLAHER, Thornton CLAYTON, Josiah SAMUEL & hands, L.W. WILLIS & hands and Alfred CHAPMAN keep the same in repair according to law, 2nd class road.
It is ordered by the Court that James H. MURPHY oversee the road leading from Springifeld to Mosely Ferry commincing at the fork of the road near Wesley COBB's and to work said road to the intersection of the BELL's Tanyard road and that he with the following hands, to wit, George FARMER, Thomas MARTIN, Wm LEDBETTER, Asa LEDBETTER, Thomas WINN, Henry MURPHY, Macon MOORE, James H. MURPHY, John LEDBETTER & all other hands in the boundary of said road keep the same in repair according to law, 2nd class road.
It is ordered by the Court that James BINKLEY oversee the road leading from Nashville to Hopkinsville & to work said road from Spring Creek to Raccoon Creek and that with the hands in the following bounds Beginning at James MOORE's thence down Spring Creek to Matthew HUNT's thence to John HUDGINS's thence to Samuel DURHAM Sr. thence to James KNOX's thence a North direction to the new road thence past to the said Peter H. WOODSON and including all the hands in said boundary, keep the same in repair according to law, 2nd class road.
It is ordered by the court that James BERRY oversee the road from the corner of Pleasant & Wrights field in towards Daniel MULLOY's to the rise of the __ at WEST and that he with the following hands, to wit, Albert WEST

An account of the estate of W.S. EMMERSON dec'd was by the clerk presented to the court and being unexcepted to was in all things confirmed and ordered to be recorded and it is further ordered by the court that John K. JOHNSON executor of said dec'd, make distribution of the assets of said estate among the creditors thereof according to said account.
Letters of Special Administration were granted to William McPHERSON on the Estate of Murdock McPHERSON dec'd to collect a debt due from A.G. GORDON and others and he and his security Jno E GARNER enter into and acknowledge bond in open Court in the sum of sixty dollars. And the said William McPHERSON Sr qualified according to law.
Court then adjourned till Tuesday morning 10'clock.

Exparte - Tyler EDWARDS guardian To Sell Land Warrant 54111 for 80 acres
Be it remembered that on this day this cause came on and was heard before the worshipful County Court upon the petition of Tyler EDWARDS Guardian and the proof taken showing that it would be to the mainifest of said ward to sell said Warrant No 54111. It is directed by the Court that Tyler EDWARDS the guardian of William B. STARK sell said Land Warrant for the best price that can be obtained and that he be fully authorized to assign and transfer the same and that he pay the rest of the proceeding out of the fund.
