Hill next friends of Sarah Hill appeared in court and by attorney moved the court to remove James Toomey for the guardianship of Sarah Hill minor heir of Randal Hill decd. for failing to attend properly to his said wards estate and letting said Estate go to waste and also failing to attend to the education of his said ward it is therefore ordered by the court that the clerk of this court issue notice to said James Toomey to appear at the next term of this court and answer said charges
