ibid Upon the petition of Mark Fox and others a Jury of view was appointed at the July Term 1856 of this court to view and mark out an alteration in the road leading from the Newport road to Dandridge just above George Foxes said alteration to commence at the west end of a new field of Wm Foxes running straight along the end of said field nearly a South course so as to intersect the Newport road at the South west corner of said field and to extend said road by passing directly across the Newport Road then on the line between Mark Fox and George Fox there on the line between Mark Fox and Martin Baker also that they report as to the propriety of disanulling the two roads running near the above named road and said Jury failed to attend it is therefore ordered by the court that Cornelius Patterson William Felker John Walker Henry Houk John Fraim Preston Maples and Daniel Duggan be appointed a Jury of view to view and mark out the above named alterations and that they report to the next quarterly term of this court

This day John S McNutt came into court and moved the court to reconsider the action of the court had on yesterday in the appointment of a Jury of view by petition of R H Hodsden and upon a reconsideration it is ordered by the court that the order allowing said jury of view be recinded.
Calvin Johnson is appointed commissioner of the State revinue to settle with the clerks of the county, circuit & Chancery courts.
