WILLIE MADEWELL
FALLS OVER CLIFF
Spencer, Tenn. - A fall off a 50-foot cliff proved fatal yesterday to Willie Madewell, 35-year-old Spencer farmer
and father of eight children.
The accident occurred when Madewell, who was chasing a goat along a highway, apparently lost his footing in some
loose gravel.
To reach Madewell six men had to crawl along a dangerous ledge on the cliff.
