This Indenture made this [blank] day of march in the year one thousand eight hundred and thirty two between GEO W. GRAHAM of the one part and GEORGE BURNS, MICHAEL ROBINSON and SETH SPARKMAN of the other part trustees for the bilding(sic) of a meeting house, all the parties are of the county of Williamson and State of Tennessee. Witnesseth that the sd GEORGE W. GRAHAM for and in consideration of a meeting house being built on sd premises do agree to give to the above trustees and their sucessors forever one half acre of land lying in the fork of Leapers fork of West Harpeth on the old natchez road being a part of the tract on which the sd GRAHAM now lives beginning on an oak called water oak or read(sic) oak thence west nine poles to a stake thence north nine poles to a stake thence east nine poles to a stake thence south nine poles to the beginning containing half an acre with the appurtenances thereunto belonging to have and to hold with all and singular the heretitments and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the sd trustees and their successors forever and sd GRAHAM doth agree to and with sd trustees and their successors forever by their presents that the preamses(sic) before mentioned now are and forever hereafter shall remain free of all incumbrances done or suffered to be done by him the sd GRAHAM and doth and will by these presents warrant and forever defend from all and every person persons whatsoever. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal the day and date above written.

This deed of gift and conveyance from GEORGE W. GRAHAM to GEORGE BURNS, MICHAEL ROBINSON and SETH SPARKMAN Trustees for the building of a meeting house is produced in court the execution thereof duly acknowledged and the same is ordered to be registered.
