MIDLAND, Tex., Jan. 1 (AP).— Ida May, 4-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Barney B. Kines, died today of injuries suffered in an automobile-motor bus collision near Midland last Friday. Widow and Sons Benefit In Will of John E. Hutt OLATHE, Kas., Oct. 16,.—His widow, Mrs. Opan A. Hutt, received the principal bequest of the home and a $12.000 annual Income in the will of John E. Hull, cattleman, probated here today, distributing an estate estimated at $200,000. Twenty-three sections of land In Midland county, Texas, and leases on nine other sections were given Donald Hutt, a son. A 2ft secton ranch In Midland and Upton counties In Texas was made the basis of a trust fund with Donald Hull having the option of renting the land at $150 & month a secton until the death of his mother. The property then will go to Mrs. Louis H. Shackelford, of Olathe. a daughter. Twenty thousand dollars was left in trust to provide au Income for John Richard Hutt. a son, Galveston, Texas. Wound Kills Husband; Wife Critically Hurt MIDLAND. Texas. April 23 «AP>.— Ted Dozier. 24. Midland High School student, died in a hospital of a bullet wound and his wife was in a critical condtion from a wound inflicted by a small bullet. Dozier. member of a prominent Midland family, had been living with his wife in Wink recently. She formerlv was Kathleen Stewart of Midland Physicians said she had little chance to recover. Second Victim In Shooting Is Dead Mrs. Ted Dozier, one of the victims of a double shooting here Thursday, died today. Her husband, 24-year-old former Midland high school student, died in a hospital of a bullet wound shortly after the shooting. Officers said they had not established a motive and had not ascertained who owned a .25 calibre pistol from which the shots were fired. Friends and relatives told officers they could offer no clue. Shortly before the shooting the couple had been visiting in the apartment of another couple with whom they had a double wedding several months ago.
