Will of Caterina Liberto.
The will, of Caterina Liberto was filed yesterday in the Probate Court for probate by Philip Liberto, named In the will as Independent executor.
The will filed is dated Sept. 12, 1905.and specially revokes former wills made, and bequeaths to her husband,Philip Liberto, all estate personal and real. Messrs. A. A. Hatchings and C. O. Harvey signed the Instruments as witnesses

Will Of Mary Frances Talfor
An exemplified copy of the will and codicils of Mary Francis Talfor, deceased, was filed yesterday in the County court for probate by Annie A Drummond, independent executrix of the estate.
After bequeathing to relatives moneys in the aggregate sum of $6,000 in a codicil dated Jan 20 1906, and made in New York City, the sum of $500 is bequeathed to Trinity Church of this city, with which church deceased was associated for many years.
A codicil dated Jan. 19, 1906. bequeaths to deceased namesake, Frances Kenison, daughter of Alphonse Kenison of Galveston. the sum of $500. The will of Mrs. Talfor dated July 14, 1905, and
was made in Galveston, with Ellen Lee Mason and Edwin Bruce signing as witnesses
