JAPSON—San Angelo, Tex.. April 12—Roy W. Japson. 26 years old. former cashier of the bank at Big Lake and a prominent young Reagan County ranchman. died Saturday at his home near Big Lake following a brief illness of influenza and pneumonia. His wife and one child survive. Burial was made late Sunday at Stiles. Mr. Japson was a. son of the late Henry Japson, sheriff of Reagan County and a wealthy ranchman. Dee Jolly
Jumps From Truck; Companion Stays With It, Is Unhurt
BIG LAKE, Tex., Nov. 14 - Dee Jolly, 34, of Big Lake was killed near here today when he jumped from his truck and was run over by the trailer.
Jolly thought the truck was turning over, according to Barge White, who was with him. Ignition trouble caused Jolly to turn off the lights temporarily and the truck turned into a ditch. White stayed with the truck and was unhurt.
Jolly, a truck operator and blacksmith, is survived by his widow and two children.

H F  McWilliams 43, a roustabout-for Continental Oil Co., was born in Runnels County. He was a member of Wesley Methodist Church in Andrews. Survivors include h i s "wife, he f o r m e r Bobbie Roe; a daughter, Linda, and-two sons, Harry and Henry, all of Andrews; a sister, Mrs. Japson 'Pettit of Big Lake; three brothers, Luin Jr. and Ernie of Bovina and ;Norris :of Tripoli, Libya; and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Luin McWilliams. Services will be at 2 p.m Wednesday at the first Methodist church in Big Lake with the Rev Travis McNair officiating.
