UTOPIA – The Texas Department of Agriculture’s 1987 Family Land Heritage Program has accepted the Hoyt Foster Ranch as being 100 years old.
SWTGS Members Hoyt and Doris Foster continue to maintain the farm and ranch system that has been in the Foster family for one century.
A special honors ceremony was held in Austin on November 5. A certificate designating the land as a century ranch was presented to the Fosters and their names were added to the Family Land Heritage Registry.
