Armstrong County Obituaries

KESTERSON
Joseph H. Kesterson, former resident of Armstrong County for a number of years, died yesterday morning in San Angelo TX, following a brief illness. Mr. Kesterson who was 74 years old, had lived in San Angelo about a year. The body will be rceived here this morning and funeral services will be conducted Thursday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock in the home of his sister, Mrs. D.C. Dodge at Claude, by Rev. Edward Prim, Christian minister here. Mr. Kesterson is survived by his sister, Mrs. Dodge; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Pearl Kesterson, Amarillo and two nephews, Bob Kesterson and Dave Dodge, both of Amarillo. Burial will be in the Claude cemetery udner the direction of Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Home. [Amarillo Daily News, 17 December 1941- Submitted by: Christine Walters]
