Pampa and Miss Marie Ogles of Dallas which took place Monday, July 15, at the First Methodist Church at Pampa,
Mr. and Mrs. Howard will make their home in Pampa. August 4, 1929
Howze-Pittman
Corpus Girl To Marry In October Miss Ann Pittman to Become Bride of Dr. Jo Howze of Pampa Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Pittman
of Corpus Christi announce the engagement tf their daughter, Ann, to Dr. Jo V. Howze of Pampa. son of Mrs. J. E.
Howze and the late Dr. Howze of Austin. The wedding will take place this fall at First Methodist Church in Corpus
Christi. The bride-elect received her bachelor of music degree from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, where
she was a member of Pi Beta Phi, social sorority, and Mu Phi Epsilon. honorary national music sorority. She studied
for three years in Chautauqua, .N Y. and in New York City continued her music studies with Ernest Hutcheson, dean
of the Julliard School of Music. She is an active member of the Pi Beta Phi Alumnae in Corpus Christi and
is vice-president of the Charity League. Miss Pittman also studied with Dr. Paul Van Katwijk at S M.U. Dr. Howze
attended the University of Texas and studied medicine at Baylor Medical College. Dallas, where he was a member
of Phi Beta Pi, continuing his studies in Germany. Prior to moving to Pampa. he resided in Corpus Christi. September

Justice-Robertson
WED—Lt. and Mrs. Orion Neil Justice Jr., above, who were married March
25, will make their home in Pampa, Gray County, where the bridegroom is stationed at the Army airfield. The bride
is the former Miss Bettye Ruth Robertson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Luther P. Robertson of Grand Prairie, and the
bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Orien N. Justice of Dublin, Erath County. They were married at the home of
the bride's aunt. Mrs. L. O. Turner in Grand Prairie, with Miss Margy Lou Robertson. Miss Rosemary Troth, Miss
Willeta Robertson and Mr. Justice as attendants. The bride attended NTAC and the bridegroom is a former student
of Ranger Junior College. April 1, 1944
Winkler-Anderson
WEDS—Mr. and Mrs. Van N. Country, 39341/2 Junius, have announced the marriage
of their daughter. Miss Marian Anderson, above, to William W. Winkler, grandson of W. M. Castleberry of Pampa;
July 31 at Eastland Mr. Winkler is serving ns a corporal in the United States Army at Camp Bowie. The bride will
be honored with several parties. August 10, 1941
