The several church organizations are represented and have places of worship. The climate of Mitchell County is delightful, both in winter and summer, and for people suffering from pulmonary complaints, there is a promise of relief if not cure, if they will stay long enough to secure the benefits of a pure, dry atmosphere and almost continuous sunshine. Colorado City is the County Seat.
