We must never forget "they gave their today for our tomorrow"

This memorial, erected by grateful citizens of Wichita County and elsewhere in the United States, is dedicated to the memory of those brave and patriotic free Americans who made the supreme sacrifice for their country in the sacred cause of peace, freedom and democracy... ...These heroes shall not have died in vain ...They exemplified the very highest American traditions of duty ...honor ...country. Though now gone from our presence, they rest in eternal honored glory ...loved ones and freedom - loving peoples everywhere will always remember these great young Americans for their total dedication to family, friends, liberty and justice for all... ...our hopes and prayers are that present and future noble and devoted Americans will emulate the gallant deeds of these honored ones, being ever diligent to keep our people free from tyranny and totalitarianism, so America will forever truly remain the home of the free and the land of the brave, so help us Almighty God
