Rusk, Tex. , Sept. 11. – Capt. A. A. Simmons, cashier of the Rusk National bank, an old confederate veteran, a Christian and an exemplary citizen, died this morning at his home here at the age of 67 years. His death is universally regretted. {Submitted by Dan Zwakman}
