| MESSMOR HALLSVILLE EDITOR FOUND DEAD IN AUTO Marshall, Jan 2 -- L. L. Messmor, 60, editor and owner of the Hallsville Review, was found dead early Tuesday in his automobile in his garage in Hallsville. Wellington died at her home, in the northeastern part of the county, this morning. {Submitted by Marla Zwakman} McNAIR Dallas Morning News – 27 Sept. 1900 Marshall , Tex. , Sept. 25. – J. O. McNair died at his home in this city at 2:30 p.m. yesterday. The deceased was a member of the A.O.U.W. {Submitted by Marla Zwakman} WELLINGTON Dallas Morning News – 25 Nov. 1902 Marshall , Tex. , Nov. 20. – J. E. Wellington died at his home in the southeastern portion of the county last night. {Submitted by Marla Zwakman} HEARTSILL Dallas Morning News – 25 Nov. 1902 Marshall , Tex. , Nov. 23. – A telegram received here last evening stated that Mrs. C. E. Heartsill of this city had died at Midland , Tex. , where she was visiting for her health. The deceased was the wife of a young physician of this city and daughter of County Tax Assessor A. G.
