Greenville, Hunt Co., Texas., Nov. 17 - In the trial of Bob McKinney for the murder of Margaret Smith the attorneys submitted as evidence before the jury the finding of the jury which assessed the death penalty against McKinney for murder the day before. The jury is now out on his second case.
