CHARLES BUSEY COLEMAN of Crystal City died 12 April 1987 after an apparent cardiac arrest and was buried
in Edgewood Cemetery in Crystal City. Mr. Coleman was born 30 October 1925. He was married first to Juanita Lindenborn
on 2 June 1948 in Big Wells, who died 17 April 1972, and second to Billie Ruth Solansky on 4 October 1977 in Crystal
City, who survives. Also surviving are three sons (Charles Busey of Uvalde, James Robert of Alice, and Dean Woodlief
of Abilene), three step-sons (Jay Lee Solansky of Austin, Terry Solansky of Crystal City, and John Solansky of
Gonzales), a brother (Royce Coleman of Crystal City), an uncle (Woodrow Coleman of Floresville), and fourteen grandchildren.
Mr. Coleman graduated in 1942 from Crystal City High School and served with the U. S. Marine Corps during World
War II. For most of his life he ranched and farmed in the area.

Arrangements for the funeral of W. A. Sparks,
age 30, who died Sunday, following an operation for appendicitis, will
be completed Monday. Mr. Sparks was a prominent ranchman of
Crystal City. He is survived by his widow and three small
children.
