CRIME NEWS STATE OF UTAH VS. JAS. MCCOMB Friday, Feb. 9th, the case of the State of Utah vs. Jas McComb charged with embezzlement, came on for hearing before Judge Vanausdeln. Atty. Chas E. Foxley was for the prosecution and Atty. J. D. Call for the defense. A verdict of not guilty was rendered.
