Washburn
MOAB, Sept. 5. – Marlon Washburn, 15, of Blanding, died here last night from an accidentally self-inflicted gunshot wound. Young Washburn was out hunting near Blanding yesterday afternoon. As he pulled a .22 caliber rifle through a barb-wire fence, the trigger caught on the fence and the gun was discharged. The lead pierced the boy’s abdomen and he was rushed to the hospital here.
