Notice is hereby given that the following names settler has filed notice of his intention to make final proof in support of his claim, and that said proof will be made before the Probate Judge of Iron County, U.T., or in his absence before the County Clerk of said county, at the county court house at Perywan, Iron Co., U.T. on Saturday, Sept. 21, 1881, viz:  Neils P. Clove, N. E. No. 2640, for the N.W. 1/4 Sec. 33, Tp. 31, S.R. 5 W., 100 acres.  He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon and cultivation of said land, viz:  Joseph L. Haywood, Jesse W. Crosby, Jr. Ira C. Schow and John Myers all of ... Stayner & Simmons Appt. Atty.
