DEATH NOTICES


John Nebeker Dead
At Laketown, Rich County, Utah, on October 25th, John Nebeker, an old resident of this city, died. He was born August 1, 1813, at Newport, Del. The remains will be brought to this city today, and the funeral will take place at the Nineteenth Ward schoolhouse tomorrow, (Wednesday) at two o’clock.  Friends of the family are invited. The cause of death is thought to have been kidney disease.

Nelson and Bush
Hubert G. Bush, 25 years old, of Salt Lake and Roy P. Nelson, 21 years old of Randolph, Utah, died yesterday at the post hospital at Ft. Douglas. Both were members of the student officers’ training corps and were suddenly stricken with influenza.

Hodges
LOGAN, March 15. – Mrs. Louisa Weston Hodges, a native of Coley, England, where she was born October 11, 1847, died Monday night, from the general infirmities of age. She had lived in Utah since 1868. Her parents were early settlers of Laketown, Rich county, where she married N. M. Hodges and raised a large family. Her husband died several years ago, since which time she had made her home in Logan. One son, N. W. Hodges, and one brother, Samuel Weston, live here.
