ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTOR NOTES

Heavy Damages Asked.

John A. Brown, administrator of the estate of Akin Brown, will file an action in the Federal court against the Union Pacific Coal company   for   $30,200. The complaint alleges that while Brown was passing along a street in Spring Valley, Wyo., he fell into a hole made and left open by the defendant company. From the injuries which he received at that time he died August 1, 1904.   The accident occurred December 20. 1900.   Brown had filed an action for damages in the courts of Wyoming prior to his death, which has not come to trial, hence the bringing of the suit !n the Federal court.
