Miss Correlly Floyd
Died, on the 14th inst. at the residence of her father, in Montgomery County, Miss Correlly Floyd, daughter of Governor Floyd, of scarlet fever, after a short illness of 48 hours. Governor Floyd has suffered in the illness of two other daughters from the same violent fever, in addition to the loss of this sweet and interesting child.

Hon. John Floyd
Died on Jan 24 last (1821), at the residence of the Hon. John Floyd in Montgomery County, Va., Maj. Wm. Preston, a native of Virginia and for some years past a resident of Louisville, Ky. He entered the regular army under the administration of President Washington, and made the campaigns of 1793, against the North Western Indians, under the command of Gen. Wayne; his immediate officer was Col. Thos. Butler, of the 4th Infantry, I which regiment he had the rank of Captain.

Capt. Wm. J. Kennedy

Capt. Wm. J. Kennedy, of Selma, Ala., Quartermaster in the C. S. service, and former editor of the Daily Issue, died in Montgomery county, Virginia, on the 11th instant.

Dr. Geo. T. Yerby

At Selma, near Eastville, Northampton co., Va., on Wednesday the 15th of February, Doctor Geo. T. Yerby, aged sixty-two. Dr. Yerby was formerly, for many years a member of the Legislature of Virginia.
