George D. Curtis
Fond du Lac, Oct. 23.—The coroner's jury, in the inquest on the remains of the late George D. Curtis, of Rosendale, returned a verdict of death by drowning. From the evidence it seemed that Mr. Curtis had at times been troubled by symptoms of his heart's being diseased and it is supposed that while suffering from the effects of an attack he fell into the stream or creek of water, in sufficient depth to cause drowning before assistance reached him. The funeral will be attended this morning from the residence of the deceased in the town of Rosendale.
