ODD FELLOWS LIFE INSURANCE

The annual meeting of the board of directors of the Wisconsin Odd Fellows Mutual Insurance company was held at the office of the secretary, on Thursday of this week, the following directors being present:
A. Willard, Beaver Dam; Jas. V. Jones, Oshkosh; Judge Sam Ryan, Appleton; David Adler, Milwaukee; John W. Hudson, Madison; S. B. Kenyon, Janesville.
The board elected the following officers: Andrew Willard, Beaver Dam, president; Jas. V. Jones, Oshkosh, vice president; J, W. Ostrander, Jefferson, secretary; J. W. Hudson, Madison, treasurer; auditing committee—B. B. Sherman, Beaver Dam, Van S. Bennett, Rockton; Jos. S. Koffad, Appleton. During the year ending March 31 there were seventy-six death claims paid, aggregat in $107,000. Since the organization of the company in 1869 there has been paid to the families of deceased Odd Fellows the sum of $700,883. In the evening Ruth lodge, Daughters of Rebekah, held a social in Odd Fellows hall. Appropriate remarks were made by J.V. Jones, Oshkosh Lewis Silber, Milwaukee; Judge Sam Ryan, Appleton, and others.
