Quarantine in a Passenger Coach

Youth Sues for Near Fatal Dive in Pool
Merrill, Wis. Aug 24 —Suit for $25,000 damages has been filed by Arthur Lawrenz, Merrill youth, against Howard Campbell, proprietor of Waverly beach, north shore resort, charging negligence on the part of Campbell in not marking the depth of water at the end of a pier at the beach. Lawrenz dived off the pier, struck the bottom and broke his neck. He will recover.
