Carver - Roy

From the Stevens Point Daily Journal, we learn that Warren Carver, son of F. M. Carver of Colby, and Miss Eunice Roy, both residents of Stevens Point from childhood, were united in marriage at St. Agnes’s chapel, in that city, Saturday afternoon at 3 o’clock. The Journal also says: “The bride and groom are spending this week with local relatives but expect to leave Monday for a short visit with relatives at Colby.”
Wellner - Barber

Miss Luella Barber, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Barber of Stevens Point, and Elmer Wellner, son of Mr. and Mrs. Anton Wellner of Granton, R2, were united in marriage on March 10, at the parsonage of St. Paul’s Methodist church, Stevens Point, the Rev. C. M. Fritz officiating.
The bride wore a brown suit and carried an arm corsage of yellow jonquils. Her only attendant was her sister, Miss Evelyn Barber. The groom was attended by his brother, Leroy Wellner. The bride has been engaged in teaching school near Granton. The couple will reside on a farm near Granton.
Rieschl - Gregotsch

Miss Elizabeth Gregotsch was married to Joseph Rieschl at St. Joseph’s Catholic church Monday morning by Rev. L. Staroetzich. The attendants were Martin Sager and Miss Mary Kommer. The groom is a young man from Colby, in which city they will make their future home.
