Patrolman Casserley started off the year with $100 to the good. Yesterday he arrested Jack Murray and William Longway, two of the four prisoners who escaped from the county jai1 at Phillips, Price county, Wis., last Monday. Hastings and Johnson, the other two of the escaped prisoners, were captured by Detectives McGuiggan and Werrick on Sunday, and yesterday Casserley rounded up the two missing jail birds. Sheriff Kelleher and Deputy Sheriff Shea left last evening with the four men for Phillips, and while he was very thankful for the aid given him by the police force of this city,he assured them it would be a long time before another prisoner would again give him the slip.
